Shipping Locations:
We are shipping from Vancouver area or Blaine, WA, USA.

 

Processing and Dispatch:
All orders are processed within 【1-2 business days】 pending payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs:

• Canada - Free Shipping for all orders with on purchse limitation.
• US - Free shipping for orders over $50 USD (after discount), or a flat Standard Shipping fee of $15 USD will be applied.

**Customers do not need to pay any customs duties or any miscellaneous fees.

**Shipping fee may change subject to the latest exchange rate.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Usually, your order will take 5-7 business days to arrive. 

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use FedEx and USPS to ship packages.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have a big order involving several tracking numbers, we will also send you a confirmation email manually to ensure you have received all the information.
