Black spots is formed by natural iron minerals during high-temperature firing, creating tiny ventilation pores.

Can these flowerpots be used outdoors?

All our flowerpots are fired at 1290°C (2200°F), ensuring a level of stability that even exceeds that of well-known brands like Bergs and Deroma. They are designed to resist frost, endure high temperatures, and perform reliably in any climate.

Where do you ship from?

We are shipping from Vancouver area or Blaine, WA, USA. Orders usually arrive in 4-7 business days, and even sooner if you're in the Eastern region.

What happens if the flowerpot is damaged during shipping?
